Most people knew my mother as Miss Dawta. As her "wash-belly daughter," I stayed by her side the longest. I learned that care isn't just about medicine—it's about the way porridge is mixed, the way a person is spoken to, and the way their dignity is preserved.
Watching her age, I realized how hard it is for families—especially those living abroad—to find reliable, compassionate care in Jamaica. The nursing homes with no supervision. The caregivers who leave after two weeks. The families who feel helpless from thousands of miles away.
I started this service to bring Mama's "Gold Standard" to families who need a trusted hand. With over 20 years of experience in eldercare, I built a system that treats every elder like my own mother—and every family like my own.
I have spent over two decades directing healthcare operations, establishing scalable compliance frameworks, and advising on senior care setups. Additionally, I oversee human capital strategy and specialized healthcare talent sourcing to build high-performing, resilient care teams.
My professional background combines an MBA, MPH, and PMP certification to blend healthcare business strategy with structured project execution. I hold advanced qualifications in regulatory governance, including training in international healthcare infrastructure and compliance in the USA, as well as Florida Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Core Administration credentials, which ensure a comprehensive mastery of complex facility statutes and regulatory governance.
